Scott Holste - Scott, a graduate of Carson-Newman College (B.A.), Southeastern Baptist Theological Sem¬inary (M.Div. with Languages), and Regent University (Ph.D.), serves as the Associate Vice President for Global Strategy at the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention. Before moving to Richmond, Virginia, Scott worked in southeast Asia, northern Africa, and Europe. He and his wife Janie have three sons and two grandsons.

Mike Barnett - Mike is from Houston, Texas, a graduate of the University of Houston (B.A.) as well as Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (M. Div. and Ph. D.). He currently serves as Professor of Intercul¬tural Studies and History of Global Christianity at Columbia International University in South Carolina. He and his wife Cindy had business careers before serving the past 22 years alongside various international busi¬ness, ministry, and education organizations. They have two adult children.

Larry Cox - After graduating from Mississippi College, Larry received a Masters degree in Education from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Masters in Agriculture from Mississippi State University and a Ph. D. in university administration from the University of Mississippi. He is married to Cheryl Keathley Cox and they have four children. Two are living with their families overseas and two in the USA. Larry and Cheryl served with the International Mission Board for 23 years in various leadership capacities. Presently, Larry lives in Rome, Georgia and serves as the director of WinShape International and IMPACT 360.

Harold Watson - Harold was born and raised in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He graduated with a B.S. and M.S. in Agriculture from Mississippi State University. He and his wife, Joyce, served with the International Mission Board for over 30 years in the Philippines and throughout Asia. During his time as an agricultural missionary, Harold was the innovator of numerous internationally recognized farming systems. In 1985, he won the Ra¬mon Magsaysay Award for International Understanding. He and Joyce have three sons (Jim, Dan and Mark), 17 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. They are retired and live in Terry, Mississippi.
