The Central and South Asia area (CASA) is comprised of 16 countries stretching from Turkey to India and from Kazakhstan to the Maldives.

These countries have been ruled by communism, plagued by wars and terrorism, ravaged by natural disasters and poverty, and now an AIDS epidemic looms. We desire to find ways to heal the hurt and suffering of these people by using the generous influence, prayer, human, and financial resources of Southern Baptists and then celebrate what God is doing and will do.

We seek to work in partnership with the local church, field personnel, and other organizations in Central and South Asia to enable people in need to raise their families in confidence, build their communities with dignity, experience a full and meaningful life of hope and peace, and share that life with others.
