Helping Syria refugees in crisis: Aisha’s dreams

 

DREAMS -- Aisha* (right), age 10, has dreams like any other child. She wants to learn English. She wants to go to school. But it's been nearly two years since she attended classes in Syria. Her parents fled the country, shattered by civil war, after her father was shot. He survived, but now they wait for an unknown future in a Jordanian border town, like thousands of other refugees pushed out of Syria.
